She has over 20 years of experience working in media, specifically in the lifestyle space, and has held senior roles at Disney, Conde Nast Traveler, and Health magazine, among others. Kapoor has a Bachelor of Science in magazine journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, is Level-1 certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and is pursuing her Master of Fine Arts in non-fiction writing at Sarah Lawrence University.
